A brutal incident has come to light from Kaimur district of Bihar. Where a 14 year old minor was raped. It is alleged that first 4 boys of the village took the minor to an isolated place and raped her. During this, the headmaster of the school also reached there and instead of saving the girl, he also raped the minor and ran away.
According to the complaint, the incident took place when the girl had gone out for defecation. At the same time four boys kidnapped him. They took her to a secluded place some distance away, then one of the boys raped her while the rest of the boys stood and watched.
According to the complaint, when the boys were raping the girl in turn, the headmaster saw them. Seeing him, the minor boys fled from the spot. The complaint states that the victim thought that the man would save her, but instead he raped her as well.
The victim knew all the accused. The minor reached home and told his family about the incident. She immediately went to the women’s police station and registered a case. According to the in-charge of the women’s police station, a case has been registered against an accused boy and the headmaster under 376 DA, POCSO Act 6 and SC-ST in the case of rape of a minor.
